I had it on my desk out of the box but with paperwork / Manuel's still. But is also blue tooth. New Yealink phone - does not have cords. I ordered this phone for my office.
Plastic still on screen as well. I was not able to hook it up in my area home when the phone company came out. I paid 599.00 for the phone and unfortunately had to buy another compatible with my area home.
